Here’s a look at Acadia’s latest real estate numbers, for those keeping a close eye on our local market. In late Q3 2026, the median asking price in Acadia was $315,000, with homes selling for a median of $310,500—giving us a real-time glimpse into how sellers and buyers are meeting in the middle. Over the past year, we’ve seen the median ask climb to $576,200, with a median sold price of $568,600, reflecting broader annual pricing trends in the community. Late Q3 saw 15 homes available (just above the 14 from the previous month), and there were 186 homes listed over the past 12 months. There were 7 homes sold in late Q3 2026, down from 12 the month before, but it’s worth noting that a year ago, there were no sales or listings at all in Acadia. The highest sale this past year reached $845,100, although it’s important to mention that the sales data isn’t fully complete.

As someone who calls Southern Alberta home and believes real estate should always feel personal, I know these numbers are more than just stats—they represent people making big decisions about their homes and futures. If you’re considering your options, I’m always happy to share local insights and help you feel at home in our ever-changing market.
