Real Estate Changes with Corona Virus

During this time of uncertainty, Cindy Pineo at RE/MAX Real Estate-Lethbridge is committed to keeping you safe and healthy! We are taking preventative measures in order to take care of our clients most effectively. For the time being, we will not be holding any Open Houses, in order to limit gatherings of people in confined spaces. We also encourage you to call, text, or email us anytime, as we are always happy to provide consultations and Real Estate discussions over the phone or online using various platforms.

In addition to these safety steps, we also commit to the following practices:

Virtual
We are enhancing our virtual services and marketing by providing 3D Tours and Video Walkthroughs for our listings. This is in order to promote our listings in the most effective and realistic way possible, and to provide potential buyers with accurate information. Virtual tours allow a buyer to essentially be “inside” the house, and physically walk through. Want to see an example of a 3D tour? Check out our Pan-Abode log home listing in Claresholm, complete with a double detached garage, and fully fenced yard!

130 47 Avenue, Claresholm

Work
Stay home and let us do the work! We are happy to provide live-streamed showings and Agent Previews to save you a trip to the property. Just reach out to us, and we’ll coordinate a date/time, and we will physically walk through the property while we video conference with you in real time. We are glad to be your eyes and ears, and your feet on the street!

Private
All in person showings will be private, one-on-one appointments in order to limit interactions and group gatherings. This reduces the number of people that will be in one area at the same time. The agent is happy to open the door for you, and allow you to walk through or at a distance. Pre-approved buyers only please.

Clean

We thoroughly wash our hands before and after all appointments, as well as regularly throughout the day. We carry hand sanitizer in our car to be sure we are taking all the proper measures before we interact with clients.

We also encourage to look with your eyes and not your hands as to minimize touch points such as door knobs and cabinet pulls throughout the home.

Home
We are practicing social distancing by working from home and avoiding the office or public spaces. All company related events have been cancelled or postponed for the time being so you can rest assured we are not making unnecessary contact with public spaces. You can still reach us anytime via text, call, or email!

The Coronavirus has made things difficult for everyone.
Alberta is taking aggressive measures to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Additional actions may be required in the coming days. The health of Albertans is, and always will be, our top priority.

The Alberta government will provide immediate financial relief to Alberta’s families and vulnerable populations.

Albertans should be focused on their health and not worry about whether they can pay their bills so we have put a number of options in place for those struggling financially.

The Government of Canada is also taking immediate, significant and decisive action to help Canadians facing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.

On March 18, 2020, the Prime Minister announced a new set of economic measures to help stabilize the economy during this challenging period. These measures, delivered as part of the Government of Canada’s COVID-19 Economic Response Plan, will provide up to $27 billion in direct support to Canadian workers and businesses.
