It’s interesting to see Okotoks standing out in our region’s real estate landscape this year. While most areas nearby saw house prices dip, Okotoks actually posted a 0.1% year-over-year increase, bringing the benchmark price to $606,800. Sales have remained strong—above the 10-year average—and inventory is the lowest in the region, which says a lot about demand here. Even detached homes, which saw a slight 0.4% drop, experienced the smallest decline in the area. I love watching these trends unfold in our Southern Alberta communities, and I’m always here to help you make sense of what they mean for your next move—whether you’re thinking of settling in Okotoks or just want to understand the latest numbers. It’s all about finding the right fit for you and your family.
